Vegetable and Meat Stir Fry
1 cup of broccoli or String Beans
½ cup of julienned onions
½ cup of scallions or green onions
½ cup of julienned peppers (spicy or non spicy)
½ cup of protein meats/seafood/fish
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (avocado oil high burning point)
3 tablespoon of Spicy Black Bean Sauce (to taste you can add more or decrease depending on salty level).
Instructions
1. Heat Pan in High Heat 1 mins and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil then add the proteins (make sure is not watery) stir fry until it is fully cooked 3 mins ~ 4 mins
2. Add Mike's Spicy Black Bean Sauce and Vegetables then stir fry 2 mins ~ 4 mins or until vegetables are soft.
3. Serve immediately by itself, over rice, or over noodles.
Spicy Black Bean Noodles
½ cup of diced onions
½ cup of diced scallions
½ cup of diced green peppers
½ cup of diced protein
1 fried egg 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoon of spicy black bean sauce
1 serving of cooked noodles (ramen, pasta, udon, or any noodles)
1. Heat Pan in High Heat 1 mins and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil then add the proteins (make sure is not watery) stir fry until it is fully cooked 3 mins ~ 4 mins
2. Add Mike's Spicy Black Bean Sauce and Vegetables then stir fry 2 mins ~ 4 mins or until vegetables are soft.
3. Add Cooked Noodles stir fry together and serve with Fried Egg on Top.
